Returns are not available; however, a replacement may be provided for eligible wrong or defective products in accordance with our replacement policy. No monetary refund will be provided unless otherwise specified under the applicable policy.

We do not provide open-box delivery (Because do don’t have our own courier company, and it’s the courier company’s rules; you can ask our courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC  ). Orders are shipped in discreet (Secret) packaging to maintain customer privacy.

Due to hygiene and personal-use considerations, used products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Products supplied by us are intended for personal use, and customers should follow the applicable product instructions and care guidelines carefully.

If a product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow the applicable care instructions, the request may not qualify for replacement.

Replacement requests will be considered where the issue is attributable to the product or fulfilment process and meets the applicable replacement conditions.
